Chính sách này giải thích ứng dụng Lịch Việt và trang web tracuulicham.com ("Dịch vụ") do Phan Hanh ("chúng tôi") cung cấp thu thập, sử dụng và chia sẻ dữ liệu như thế nào. Dịch vụ không yêu cầu tạo tài khoản và không thu thập tên, số điện thoại hay email của bạn, trừ khi bạn tự gửi email cho chúng tôi.

1. Ứng dụng Lịch Việt (Android và iOS)

Vị trí (chỉ khi bạn cho phép)

Dùng để hiển thị thời tiết và giờ mặt trời mọc/lặn, trăng mọc/lặn tại nơi bạn ở. Toạ độ được gửi tới dịch vụ thời tiết để lấy dự báo; chúng tôi không lưu lịch sử vị trí của bạn. Bạn có thể từ chối quyền vị trí và tự chọn địa điểm bằng tay; ứng dụng vẫn hoạt động bình thường.

Mã nhận dạng quảng cáo và thông tin thiết bị

Ứng dụng hiển thị quảng cáo qua Google AdMob. AdMob có thể thu thập mã nhận dạng quảng cáo của thiết bị, loại thiết bị, phiên bản hệ điều hành, địa chỉ IP và dữ liệu tương tác với quảng cáo để hiển thị và đo lường quảng cáo, theo Chính sách quyền riêng tư của Google. Trên iOS, mã nhận dạng quảng cáo (IDFA) chỉ được dùng khi bạn đồng ý ở hộp thoại "Cho phép theo dõi" của hệ thống; từ chối thì quảng cáo vẫn hiện nhưng không cá nhân hoá. Bạn có thể đặt lại hoặc xoá mã nhận dạng quảng cáo trong Cài đặt của thiết bị, hoặc mua gói VIP để tắt quảng cáo.

Dữ liệu bạn tự nhập

Ghi chú, việc cần làm, sự kiện, nhật ký, thói quen, mốc đếm ngược, hồ sơ ngày sinh (dùng cho các tính năng xem tuổi, thần số học, hướng nhà) được lưu trên thiết bị của bạn. Dữ liệu này chỉ rời khỏi thiết bị khi bạn chủ động chọn:

• Sao lưu: tệp sao lưu được ghi vào vùng riêng của ứng dụng trong Google Drive của chính bạn (quyền drive.appdata) hoặc lưu thành tệp bạn tự cất giữ, chia sẻ giữa các máy. Chúng tôi không đọc được và không có máy chủ nào của chúng tôi giữ bản sao.
• Đồng bộ với lịch của máy, chia sẻ hoặc xuất tệp: dữ liệu đi tới ứng dụng bạn chọn.

Ảnh

Chỉ khi bạn chọn ảnh làm hình nền hoặc chèn vào ghi chú. Ảnh được lưu trên thiết bị và không tải lên máy chủ của chúng tôi.

Mua hàng trong ứng dụng

Gói VIP được xử lý bởi Google Play Billing (Android) hoặc App Store (iOS). Ứng dụng chỉ nhận trạng thái "đã mua/chưa mua"; chúng tôi không nhận thông tin thẻ hay tài khoản thanh toán của bạn.

Thông báo

Nhắc việc, nhắc sự kiện, nhắc ngày lễ được đặt và xử lý ngay trên thiết bị. Bạn có thể tắt trong Cài đặt của ứng dụng hoặc của hệ thống.

2. Trang web tracuulicham.com

Trang web cho tra cứu lịch âm dương, ngày tốt xấu, giờ hoàng đạo và một số tiện ích. Trang không yêu cầu đăng nhập, không có biểu mẫu thu thập thông tin cá nhân, không dùng cookie theo dõi hay công cụ thống kê của bên thứ ba. Máy chủ ghi nhật ký kỹ thuật thông thường (địa chỉ IP, thời điểm truy cập, trang được xem, loại trình duyệt) để vận hành và bảo mật; nhật ký được xoá định kỳ và không dùng để nhận diện cá nhân. Một số trang của tracuulicham.com được mở trong khung web của ứng dụng Lịch Việt (Lá số tử vi, Tỷ giá – vàng, Xổ số); khi đó áp dụng đúng mục này.

3. Bên thứ ba nhận dữ liệu

• Google AdMob – quảng cáo trong ứng dụng (mã nhận dạng quảng cáo, thông tin thiết bị, vị trí gần đúng nếu bạn đã cấp quyền).
• Google Play Billing / App Store – mua gói VIP.
• Google Drive API – chỉ khi bạn bật sao lưu lên Drive.
• Dịch vụ thời tiết (máy chủ của chúng tôi và OpenWeatherMap) – toạ độ hoặc tên địa điểm để lấy dự báo.

Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu của bạn và không chia sẻ dữ liệu cho mục đích nào khác ngoài các mục nêu trên.

4. Lưu trữ và xoá dữ liệu

• Dữ liệu trên thiết bị: bị xoá khi bạn xoá trong ứng dụng hoặc gỡ cài đặt ứng dụng.
• Bản sao lưu trên Google Drive: xoá trong mục Sao lưu & phục hồi của ứng dụng, hoặc vào Google Drive → Cài đặt → Quản lý ứng dụng → xoá dữ liệu ẩn của ứng dụng. Tệp sao lưu bạn tự lưu thì bạn tự xoá.
• Dữ liệu do Google AdMob xử lý: theo chính sách và công cụ kiểm soát của Google.
• Mọi yêu cầu khác về dữ liệu: gửi email tới [email protected], chúng tôi trả lời trong 7 ngày làm việc.

5. Bảo mật

Dữ liệu bạn nhập được lưu trong vùng lưu trữ riêng của ứng dụng trên thiết bị, các ứng dụng khác không đọc được. Kết nối tới dịch vụ thời tiết, Google và trang web dùng HTTPS. Không có phương thức nào an toàn tuyệt đối; bạn nên bảo vệ thiết bị bằng khoá màn hình.

6. Trẻ em

Dịch vụ không hướng tới trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi và chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu của trẻ em. Nếu bạn cho rằng trẻ em đã cung cấp dữ liệu cho chúng tôi, hãy liên hệ để chúng tôi xoá.

7. Quyền của bạn

Bạn có thể từ chối quyền vị trí, quyền thông báo, quyền truy cập ảnh và quyền theo dõi (iOS); đặt lại mã nhận dạng quảng cáo; xoá dữ liệu trong ứng dụng; xoá bản sao lưu; và yêu cầu chúng tôi hỗ trợ qua email nêu trên.

8. Thay đổi chính sách

Khi có thay đổi, chúng tôi cập nhật trang này và ngày hiệu lực ở đầu trang. Thay đổi lớn sẽ được thông báo trong ứng dụng.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the Lịch Việt apps and the tracuulicham.com website (the "Services"), provided by Phan Hanh ("we"), collect, use and share data. The Services do not require an account and do not collect your name, phone number or email address unless you email us yourself.

1. The Lịch Việt apps (Android and iOS)

Location (only with your permission)

Used to show local weather and sunrise/sunset and moonrise/moonset times. Coordinates are sent to a weather service to fetch the forecast; we do not keep a history of your location. You may deny the permission and pick a city manually; the app works normally without it.

Advertising ID and device information

The apps show ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect the device advertising ID, device model, OS version, IP address and ad-interaction data to serve and measure ads, under the Google Privacy Policy. On iOS the advertising identifier (IDFA) is used only if you accept the system "Allow tracking" prompt; if you decline, ads still show but are not personalised. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings, or purchase VIP to remove ads.

Content you enter

Notes, to-dos, events, diary entries, habits, countdowns and your birth profile (used for age-compatibility, numerology and house-direction features) are stored on your device. This data leaves the device only when you choose to:

• Back up: the backup is written to the app's private area of your own Google Drive (drive.appdata scope) or saved as a file you keep or share between your devices. We cannot read it and no server of ours keeps a copy.
• Sync to the device calendar, share or export a file: the data goes to the app you pick.

Photos

Only when you choose a photo as a background or insert one into a note. Photos stay on the device and are not uploaded to our servers.

In-app purchases

VIP is handled by Google Play Billing (Android) or the App Store (iOS). The apps only receive the purchase state; we never receive your card or payment account details.

Notifications

Task, event and holiday reminders are scheduled and delivered on the device. You can turn them off in the app or in system settings.

2. The tracuulicham.com website

The website offers lunar calendar lookups, auspicious days and hours, and a few utilities. It has no sign-in, no forms that collect personal information, no tracking cookies and no third-party analytics. The server keeps ordinary technical logs (IP address, time of access, pages viewed, browser type) for operation and security; logs are purged periodically and are not used to identify individuals. Some pages of tracuulicham.com are opened inside the Lịch Việt apps' in-app browser (horoscope chart, exchange rates and gold, lottery); this section applies to them.

3. Third parties that receive data

• Google AdMob – in-app advertising (advertising ID, device information, approximate location if permission was granted).
• Google Play Billing / App Store – VIP purchases.
• Google Drive API – only if you enable Drive backup.
• Weather service (our server and OpenWeatherMap) – coordinates or city name to fetch the forecast.

We do not sell your data and do not share it for any purpose other than those listed above.

4. Retention and deletion

• On-device data: removed when you delete it in the app or uninstall the app.
• Google Drive backups: delete them in the app's Backup & restore screen, or in Google Drive → Settings → Manage apps → delete the app's hidden data. Backup files you saved yourself are yours to delete.
• Data processed by Google AdMob: per Google's policies and controls.
• Any other data request: email [email protected]; we respond within 7 business days.

5. Security

Content you enter is kept in the app's private storage on the device, inaccessible to other apps. Connections to the weather service, Google and the website use HTTPS. No method is perfectly secure; please protect your device with a screen lock.

6. Children

The Services are not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Your choices

You can deny the location, notification, photo and (on iOS) tracking permissions; reset your advertising ID; delete data inside the app; delete backups; and contact us at the email above.

8. Changes

When this policy changes, we update this page and the effective date at the top. Material changes will be announced inside the apps.
